Deutz is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of drive systems for the off-highway sector.

As part of the strategic alignment, we supported Deutz Service in the development of the global and long-term marketing and communication strategy. It was particularly important to work out the key target group requirements, determine the most important personas and, based on this, identify approaches and strategies for global communication – in particular by means of suitable channels and measures.

Using a structured process, we carried out the following steps in collaboration with the management of Deutz Service:

  1. Kick-off workshop
  2. Survey of more than 2,000 service partners worldwide, including personal preferences, motives and interests as well as their respective information behavior
  3. Analysis and preparation of the results in the form of condensed dashboards for the respective personas and target markets, but also in the form of an overall view – in each case globally
  4. Comparison of the results as part of several workshops
