ElringKlinger – From EVP to Global Career Platform

Just under two years ago, we worked with ElringKlinger through a multi-stage process to lay the foundation for a sustainable employer brand: the development of a new Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

The starting point was a thorough analysis phase that included market and competitive research as well as a global employee survey. The goal was to gain an authentic understanding of the corporate culture and to map the expectations and motivations of employees globally. The result: a clear, robust EVP that provides internal guidance while simultaneously creating the basis for differentiated positioning in the international competition for talent.

Building on this strategic foundation, we developed the new global career website in the next step.

As part of the design and consulting process, the career section was completely redesigned in terms of both structure and content. The content was streamlined to focus on the most important information for applicants and interested parties, while the target audiences were clearly redefined.

The new platform brings the employer brand to life through intuitive user navigation, more eye-catching call-to-action elements, and more emotionally resonant imagery that puts people front and center. This is complemented by the strategic use of video, authentic employee stories, and quotes from employees.

In addition, the various work environments at ElringKlinger are vividly presented—including through a specially developed module for visualizing these areas. This is supported by graphically presented benefits and clearly structured FAQs that allow applicants to quickly find their way around.

The platform was also designed to be future-proof from a technical standpoint: Programming, as well as content creation and maintenance, are handled via Typo3, enabling flexible, global deployment while allowing room for the specific requirements of individual business units, such as ElringKlinger Kunststofftechnik.

Over the course of two years, this resulted in a seamless process—from the strategic definition of the employer brand to its digital implementation in a scalable, future-proof system. This project required our expertise as a strategy, creative, and digital agency, all of which worked closely together in this project.
