The challenges facing the automotive industry are manifold. In addition to mastering the transformation towards sustainable mobility, personnel recruitment and development are of particular importance.
With this in mind, ElringKlinger commissioned us to develop its global employer value proposition (EVP). It was important to identify all the key features that make ElringKlinger particularly attractive as an employer and increase its value on the market. In addition, our task was to identify approaches and strategies for global communication – in particular suitable channels and measures.
As part of a structured process, we carried out the following steps in collaboration with ElringKlinger’s top management:
- Competitor analysis and benchmark marketing (look & feel, promises, etc.).
- Survey of global employees about the company and their personal preferences, motives and interests as well as their personal information behaviour.
- Analysing and preparing the results in the form of condensed dashboards for the respective professional groups, but also in the form of an overall view – in each case globally.
- Comparing the results of the survey with the corporate strategy, including values and culture, and with the competitive analysis.
- Development of the employer value proposition (EVP) and the employer story.
