The challenges for personnel recruitment and development are becoming increasingly complex – also in the automotive industry. Today, companies must apply to potential candidates – no longer the other way around. This calls for new strategies and concepts that pick up internal as well as external target groups.

Against this background, we were commissioned by HMETC – the European development center for the Hyundai, Kia and Genesis brands – to develop the employer positioning as well as the content revision.

The future begins with questions. They lead to the core and character of the brand. They give us insights into the company and the target groups. The new employer positioning and the new content were developed together with the client – in free thinking, from many perspectives, agile and in close collaboration. This makes it possible to create new ideas and develop strong, forward-looking solutions.

As the European development center for the three automotive brands Hyundai, KIA and Genesis, HMETC offers its employees a variety of interesting, forward-looking projects in an international working environment with a high prestige factor. Due to the manageable, family-like size of the company compared to the R&D centers of other automotive manufacturers, HMETC offers the opportunity to be heard, to contribute in a variety of ways, and to personally and actively help shape the future.
