Task and challenge
The STOCKMEIER Group from Bielefeld is a third-generation family business and comprises companies that are active in distribution, production and services relating to chemical products. A total of over 26,000 products are produced and traded worldwide.
For the “Car and Truck Wash” division, we were commissioned to emotionalize the brand and develop a new, global image including packaging – without completely replacing the STOCKMEIER brand.
We were also commissioned to implement the key packaging and communication materials.
Duration of the entire process up to the launch at the ETF trade fair in Essen: 5 months!
Creative concept – pattern and brand shaper
STOCKMEIER uses the so-called “Erlenmeyer flask” in its logo, an indispensable piece of laboratory equipment in the chemical industry. In future, we will use this stylized flask in the form of “patterns” and as a “brand shaper”. We have left the design grid, typography, word and figurative mark and color scheme unchanged.
“Pattern” and “Brandshaper” are flexible graphic elements that take up the colors and elements of the previous appearance and rearrange them: as dynamic patterns with color areas and images in different combinations or as a kind of watermark – on all advertising materials as visual anchors.
With the new appearance, we ensure visibility, distinctiveness and recognition.
