Time for a spring makeover?
As part of a pitch for a spring campaign, we developed various concepts and creative ideas for Fiat Germany. Aside from the campaign objectives such as customer loyalty/acquisition/recovery and website traffic generation, the brief involved creating a consistent long-term brand image for Fiat Service. The campaign targets both dealerships (to engage independent Fiat dealers in particular) and vehicle owners.

Handover experience promotional package
The handover experience is a vital component of the after-sales business. The Fiat Group has two additional challenges in this respect. First, the Group has multiple brands but the same handover materials are used for different target groups. Second, loyalty to particular garages is significantly lower among small-car owners than for mid-sized and high-end vehicles.

To meet these challenges, we developed a promotional package for the handover experience. The aim was to design the layout in such a way that it could be adapted for any brand in the Group, taking account of the differing corporate designs.
We produced a brochure, poster and counter display for Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Jeep and Chrysler/Dodge.

Italian passion meets German precision
For the internal communication and employee support, we developed and produced various motifs for the Fiat dealership organisation.
